Ask staff to work in small groups and discuss their ideas on the difference between peacekeeping, peacemaking and peacebuilding. For each of these discuss ‘What’s Involved’; ‘What does it look like for us?, ‘What’s the outcome’ and ‘What’s the impact’.   A template can be downloaded here. A worked example is also included here.   Get together as a staff team to share your discussions and compare your responses to the example.  What questions does this activity raise for you – as individuals, as a team [SLT, behavior, governors, support staff etc], as a school?
