The Midlands Mediation Network is offering an interactive workshop, delivered by Jenny Owen. Jenny is an experienced mediator, coach and trainer. Jenny’s session will explore how best to understand our universal human needs, their relationship to feelings and behaviour, the distinction between needs and strategies. We will learn to identify unmet needs and values in conflict situations and practise the 4-stage NVC model in an authentic and effective way.
Peacemakers is a member of the Midlands Mediation Network. These events are of interest to mediators, coaches, restorative practitioners and anyone who has an interest in conflict resolution.
